  • Blood Thinners:-Those people who are taking anticoagulants drugs such as Coumadin/Warfarin should drink green tea with caution cause it consists of Vitamin K. It is also suggested to avoid Green tea and aspirin because both are the reducing agent.

Green tea curb tannins which can decrescent the absorption of iron and folic acid. So it is better to prevent it for those women who are pregnant or breastfeeding to abstain.
